Service Description
Golden Hour Mini Session Blocks (2 Hours) Designed for photographers who want to offer mini sessions in a beautiful, natural setting, these 2-hour reservations take place during golden hour when the light is soft, warm, and most flattering across the field. By focusing on this shorter, high-quality window, each client has the opportunity to experience the farm in its best light. Details • 2-hour private reservation during golden hour • Designed for photographer-hosted mini sessions • Multiple clients permitted within your reserved time • Access to the areas of the field that are blooming best • Mountain views and open field backdrops Important Notes • Sessions are self-guided • Photographer is responsible for scheduling and managing their clients • All clients must follow farm guidelines and timing • Sessions must begin and end within the reserved window
Cancellation Policy
Kate Day Blooms is a seasonal outdoor flower farm, and bloom timing, weather, and field conditions naturally change throughout the season. Each visit to the farm may look a little different depending on the time of year and current blooms. Photography sessions may be rescheduled through the booking system based on availability. In cases of severe weather, sessions may also be rescheduled at the farm’s discretion. Light rain, cloudy skies, or changing bloom conditions do not automatically require cancellation or rescheduling. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please attempt to reschedule first. If no suitable rescheduling option is available, cancellations and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
