Service Description

Designed for one photographer working with a single group during a single session. Perfect for senior representative teams, branding groups, model calls, and content shoots involving a mix of group photos, smaller groupings, and individual portraits. This option is intended for one group being photographed during a single session. It is not intended for photographers hosting mini sessions with multiple separately booked clients. Photographers hosting mini sessions should reserve a Photographer Mini-Session Block. • 90-minute reserved photography session • Golden hour scheduling when available • Exclusive use of the reserved photography area during your session • $150 Please note: • A photographer is not provided. • Styled shoots and events involving multiple photographers should be booked as a Private Photography Event. • All participants must remain on designated farm property and follow farm guidelines. • Availability is limited and must be arranged in advance. Cancellation Policy Kate Day Blooms is a seasonal outdoor flower farm, and bloom timing, weather, and field conditions naturally change throughout the season. Each visit to the farm may look a little different depending on the time of year and current blooms. Photography sessions may be rescheduled through the booking system based on availability. In cases of severe weather, sessions may also be rescheduled at the farm’s discretion. Light rain, cloudy skies, or changing bloom conditions do not automatically require cancellation or rescheduling. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please attempt to reschedule first. If no suitable rescheduling option is available, cancellations and refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
